best 89 pence I ever spent

A competent platformer mashed with the most overstimulating and batsh*t insane RPG combat system you've ever witnessed, in the best way possible and at the criminally low price of **FREE**.

At first absolutely nothing seems to makes sense, but somehow even without a tutorial this game is unbelievably easy to pick up. I had an absolute blast playing through the story and even better time overloading my brain through the ludicrous combat system. The main character's dialogue is funny and compelling, and the 4 major characters are all incredibly unique and distinct making this world was an absolute treat to get sunk into.

Game is easily beaten in only 2 or 3 sessions, but that's by no means a problem. It's short, but it's an absolute gem, and it's undeniably Scott Cawthon's masterpiece.

They finally figured out how to make a good sex game

Surprisingly good platforming and decent combat. Great art and music. Writing is passable, but funny. The "scenes" ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) are nice too. Also it's funny that this will now be on my friend's recommended page.

Short and sweet 3D platforming metroidvania. Excellent soundtrack, incredibly smooth movement and great level design. Well worth it, especially at the price

Also the bunny-goat waifu is cute

This game nails it on every front. Gorgeous art, beautiful music, incredible story, interesting gameplay and outstanding characters. It's rare for a game to have every character be likeable, but Citizen Sleeper absolutely pulled it off. And I don't mean everyone's a good person; some people are horrible but damn I love to hate them.

I constantly found myself thinking "just one more cycle" only to find a new story line and pulling yet another "one more" cycle to see where it goes.

It's not too long, 7-10 hours depending on how much you do but it's impact is well worth the price. This is a game that will stick with me for a long time and has easily landed a spot in my top 5 games.

Picked this up and streamed to couple friends on discord and we had a great time.
Fun gameplay, interesting story told through very little snippets, surprisingly scary!
mechanics never got stale (which I thought might happen with the gimick of being one handed) and the constant feed of new stuff kept it fresh.

My only complaint is that the final level was *extremely* frustrating. Not hard, just frustrating and un fun. A stain on an otherwise excellent game. Also it would be nice to be able to close menus with right click, feels a lot more natural than MWheel down, and clicking the x in the corner of terminals in tense moments is a pain. Absolutely well worth it despite this.

Well worth a play especially for the price

There's an absolute gem here, but it's not quite there yet.

The graphics and gamefeel are absolutely phenomenal amd the track layouts are super fun but currently there are a few glaring problems. It's early enough in release that I have no doubt this will be patched soon but as of now this feels like an early access. The difficulty curve is... questionable and there's a MAJOR error with respawns being totally out of place ranging from sending you 15km backwards to 20km FORWARDS for dying.

Once these issues are ironed out I haven't even a shadow of a doubt that this game is going to be pure gold.

Edit 2024: The major bug with respawns has now been fixed making the game far more playable, however over a year later and the game still feels incomplete. 3 of the main menu items are still marked as "coming soon". The AI rubber banding is pretty egregious and the game is still plagued with numerous bugs. Sadly the game still feels like an early access. I really REALLY want to love this game, but recommending it in the current state is still difficult.
