It's like Pixar created Princess Mononoke and gave it a light dusting of soulslike / metroidvania.

Visuals, audio, music & story are all top notch. Gameplay can feel a little clunky at times but doesn't get in the way to any degree that it becomes frustrating.

An insane, high-octane assault on the senses, this is a very worthy successor to Doom 2016. My only gripe is that it feels like there are too many new abilities, and upgrade systems.
