Game ran like ♥♥♥♥ when I had a 3900x and a 2080S. Game still runs like ♥♥♥♥ on a 7950X3D and 4090.

do yourself a favor and just play gundam evolution. this is hot trash, easy anticheat not compatible with most recent windows update, have to disable security features to play a cut rate console port - no thanks.

I don't know what all the complaints about difficulty are about - they gave you basically a bottomless hanger to stock with heavy's and assaults before you get to this mission. I sailed through the story line without losing much more than an arm here or there - there is no long pause between missions for long term repairs so you need to bring 2-3 lances of mixed med-assault. Heavy mechs shine here due to the durability and increased mobility. The complaints about difficulty here are double hilarious once you figure out the theme of the DLC and Rasalhague's relation with merc companies.

Voice acting is pretty meh like usual as is the new game mode. New mech is cool and over-arching story of the DLC is good. AI improvements are there but arent huge, but it is noticeably easier to corral your lance-mates into at least heading in the direction you want and shooting at the mechs you call out.

One of the better survival games out there, has a unique art style like The Long Dark in some ways but also different. Game play is similar to something like Minecraft

This game is spaghetti coded garbage and Ill continue playing it because no one will make a battle royal with these type of shooting mechanics.

The devs should be ashamed of themselves. And I should be as well for continuing to play this hunk of ♥♥♥♥.

I'v played a lot of Arma, Squad, Post Scriptum, Hell Let Loose. Arma is in a league of its own as far as milsim sandbox capability. But when it comes down to legit fps action none of these games come close to what Squad provides.

That being said there are some bungles - not a huge fan of the infantry nerf but it is what it is

The game is 1000x better with mods. It has that jank that bannerlord/warband had when new - the systems are simple but the core game play loop is gratifying. If youre not a Battletech fan I would say buy it on sale - if you like Battletech and you dont mind modding a game pick this one up.

Perfect EA game imo - the core game play loop and systems around it are satisfying in their implementation and need further refinement. The Dev has addressed major concerns within the first few weeks of the game being out (sound bug crashes fixed quickly, happiness system just got reworked, more control over party traits. Its all WIP but its moving in the right direction from the word GO).

10/10 cowboy simulator. Game looks great, runs well, has excellent writing and story.
