Even though I don't think the new heroes are strong, supporting the devs for future content.

Really enjoying my time with it, has much more to offer in terms of creativity rather than Two Point Hospital's tycoon focus.

Really enjoyed this game. It clearly has a lot of production value and you can tell the devs put a lot of effort and soul into the game. There's nice set pieces to explore and is very satisfying to play. Good price for around 10-12 hours of play, and the devs say there'll be more free content coming later.

Didn't know what to expect but after completing the story the game deserves the high praise it has gotten. My ONLY gripe is that the epilogue was underwhelming and a let down. If not for that it'd be a perfect game in its respective genre.

As a base game it's good but limited. The mods however are still being made and updated to this day that expand on the framework banished provides to a great extent. It's a shame that the dev never added even more resource flags for mods. I've been using a mod called 'The North' almost exclusively that overhauls the base game and provides a tougher challenge to managing a colony.

Use mods on a high end PC for the most immersive experience a game can offer

This is the best game of its genre and nothing comes close. The story is intense, and the gameplay is addicting. The characters are original, and everything is voice acted. The game is long and encourages you to replay the game to try new builds and make different choices. The mods are in-depth, offering game and class overhauls, as well as QOL. The devs have already implemented some of these into free updates for the game, and the devs themselves are among the best you can ask for. The music is top notch too. Even though the game does have flaws, some mods attempt to address these and i have not seen a game accomplish what this game has in its respective genre.
