This is a flawed game. Imaginative yet contrived. Smooth but janky. This is simultaneously a worthy addition into the Mass Effect franchise while also being a disappointment from Bioware.

What I keep coming back to was the sentence "I understand what they're trying to do, but...". This is not a follow up to the Mass Effect trilogy - this is specifically a gameplay follow up to Mass Effect 1. That means the same janky vehicle sections are expanded, the exploration is indulged in and the plot is thin.

I appreciate what this game tried to do, and do think it's greater than the sum of its parts. There are interesting characters to meet, great landscapes to explore and a variety of different ways to kill dudes in space. It feels like a side story in the universe the same way Stargate: Atlantis did, in a good way. Those who know, know.

Get this on sale and play it if you'd like to experience what a Mass Effect 1 type experience is with years of experience from Bioware - for better or for worse.

I hope we'll get to visit this slice of the universe again someday, but I don't see it happening. Peace out, Andromeda.

Do you ever have comfort food? Like a good sandwich from a place you've always loved, or a nice book you always re-read every few years. It can take us back to a simpler time, an easier time, when the only thing to worry about is making it to the next bite or the next page. Multiwinia is one of my comfort games. I bought it when originally came out all those years ago and have been playing it every now and then for the past 15 or something years just to get that injection of nostalgia particles into my bloodstream.

It's not the most perfect game in the world. The graphics are very endearing to me due to my already existing bias, but it admittedly isn't the draw. The pathfinding sometimes has a hard time as well, along with just the AI in general acting like a bunch of weirdos. But there's a core of gold here. If it's your game, you will get it like we all understood Pikmin 1 from only playing real-time-strategy similar to Command and Conquer or Starcraft before. There was even a modding community for this game at some point, with someone working on remaking the map Facing Worlds from Unreal Tournament into this game.

It's a special game in that it's really not to anyone else. It's a spin off of a bigger, more award winning game. It has never received any sort of HD Update, any new content, and the servers have been dead for longer than some of the people on Steam have been alive. But... It's fun. It's still a fun game. Just send your little green or whatever color team guys to shoot the other guys, have them go get cooler weapons from crates, and just have a good time.

I'm so happy to see how much Introversion Software has grown since the days of Multiwinia and Darwinia, super proud of you guys. If you guys ever want to remake or remaster Multiwinia, I know one guy that'd be playing it right when it comes out.

I know I'm still very early into the game, but as someone who's been through all of the previous Baldur's Gate games, Planescape Torment, Divinity Original Sin 2 and Pillars of Eternity, this game is the real deal. Countless hours of hard work by some of the best RPG devs alive lead to a game so full of content I wonder if we'll ever see all of it

A brilliant mix of Fallout 2, Morrowind and The Sims. Such an incredibly unique world to explore and learn about, while having innovative gameplay that actually works. It's weird to play a game like this that feels so different yet such a natural progression of older ideas. I love it, one of my favorite video game experiences of all time. It's worth putting in some hours into this world.

A follow up to the best Spider-Man game of all time feels more like an expensive DLC rather than content that can stand on its own. I love the character of Miles, I love how the game plays, I'm into a lot of the ideas this game has, I just don't know if the price matches the return on gameplay experience.

It's not a bad game, it's in fact a good Miles story with the feeling of the original game. Wait for a sale and buy this, if you're a Spider-Man fan.

Literally the greatest Spider-Man game that's ever been made. It is not all smooth among it's edges, but the effort it puts into making you feel immersed in the world makes this game shine despite technical issues and some repetitive side content.

If you're someone like myself, who lives in the nostalgia of 4kids era Yu-Gi-Oh but never really went much further than a few local games with a Blue Eyes deck when Bush was president, this could awaken a fire in you to become the next king of games. It's hardly pay to win, you can construct both nonsense fun decks and relevant meta decks with relative ease. It's also a great way to learn some new mechanics you may have missed or just poorly understood (like Pendulumn for me). All in all, it's a very good YGO game that keeps you coming back for more. I only wish we had a bit more flexibility when it comes to game settings, like having best of 3 games available.
