The Shadow portion of this package is already worth the price, yet you'll also get a very nice remaster of a beloved classic. There are some nitpicking here and there like 30fps cutscenes or the dualsense has not been supported properly, but none of that should distract you from the quality this release offers

The thing that will determine whether you'd enjoy this game or not depends on how you define Final Fantasy as a series. If you're coming into this expecting a sprawling RPG with tons of depth and customization to explore, you'll be disappointed. Final Fantasy XVI is much closer to a linear action-adventure game, where there are not a lot of RPG systems interactions to be found. What you'll find in this game is an incredible action game with an amazing sense of scale and wonder, packed in an epic story that is presented excellently with stellar voice acting, scene direction, and a heart-pounding soundtrack. There is a sense of focus and vision that you can feel throughout the whole experience that we have not seen in this series since the classics, and in my opinion that is every bit as "Final Fantasy" as you can get.

As for the PC port itself, this is a pretty demanding game. I've already made peace with the fact that I can only experience the game at 30fps and no upscaling with my current setup. The game is still very much playable and enjoyable as I did not notice any other major technical issues. Nevertheless, you will need some pretty beefy hardware to push this game to its best.

My PC currently rocks an i7 10700f, an RTX 3060 12GB and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. I play the game at maxxed out settings in 1080p 30fps with no upscalling. Lossless Scaling can give me a pretty solid 60fps experience with frame generation.

This is the first Armored Core game I've ever finished and even got all 3 of the endings. I can wholeheartedly say this is by far one of my all-time favorite video games.

I love how satisfying the combat feels, the amazing amount of customizations the game provides, the breath-taking spectacles, the awe-inspiring designs of the mechs, and how exciting and challenging the bosses are, Everything just hit the right note for me and I don't think I've been this invested into a video game for such a long time.

One of the aspects of the game that is also surprisingly captivating to me is the story and the lore. During the first playthrough, I was confused because the names and the factions were a bit overwhelming for someone who is still unfamiliar with Armored Core 6's world, but that quickly changed when I reached the end of chapter 1. That is when things are more set in and the base narrative of AC6 becomes clearer. This is a game that is meant to be replayed, not just because of the unlockable AC parts but also on subsequent playthroughs, The players will be more familiar with the names of the factions, the characters, and the theme behind the world of Rubicon. It also helps that some new events and dialogues will appear, which will flesh out the story even further. At some crucial points, The players' choices are also surprisingly meaningful and have a great impact on the story of that entire playthrough.

What surprised me even more was how good the writing and the delivery were. The voice acting was Excellent, it made the characters in this game feel memorable and engaging. I find myself getting attached to characters that were only represented by either their emblems or the mechs they pilot.

To summarize everything, I love this game. Last year FromSoftware gave us Elden Ring, a phenomenal experience that ended up winning GOTY. And while Armored Core 6 has nowhere near the mass appeal of Elden Ring, this is still an excellent game from this developer and I highly recommend anyone who is even remotely interested in what it has to offer to try it out. It feels so honest and genuine as a labor of love and I cannot wait to see what FromSoftware has in store for us with this IP in the future.

I love this game so so so much. This is probably the most fun I've had with gaming in years. The World Tour mode is an amazing addition that set a standard to single player aspect of fighting games for years to come and I love it for that reason. Battle Hub and Fighting Ground is also polished to perfection and more feature complete than ever before. if you are somehow still worried that the reception and review scores it received is KAP, you do not need to. This is not just a good fighting game, it is an excellent game overall that set the standard for the genre.

I came into this game after Monster Hunter World knowing the design philosophy of the twos are different. Rise is the game that dialed the combat pace of Monster Hunter to it's absolute fastest it has ever been, and understanding this + accepting Rise for what it is and what it does best will enhance your experience greatly. Highly recommend getting the game + the Sunbreak DLC as the expansion greatly improves some of the shortcomings from the original game.

This game is pretty amazing. Everything about is so simple and cute yet executed so so exceptionally. Would highly recommend to anyone that enjoys the artstyle and the premise of an action side scroller monster collecting rogue lite!

I was thoroughly surprised by just how solid this PC port it. a lot of nice graphical settings ensure you having a great experience on a wide variety of hardware.
The game itself is just amazing. This is the 1st time I have ever played this game and I have to say the hype is real. There is something about web swinging around NYC as Spider-Man just feel so satisfying, and the combat as fun and engaging. With PC enhancements like uncap framerates and higher graphical fidelity, it has never been easier to immerse yourself in the beautiful cutscenes and gameplay.
If you have never played Marvel's Spider-Man, then this is truly the right time to experience it fresh.

Performance issues aside, this is an incredible experience that every gamers out there, not just Soulsborne fans, should at least try out. With amazing combat, atmospheric environments ,stunning enemy designs and so many secrets to explore, Elden Ring is the most unadulterated fun I have ever had playing a video game in a long time. a fun and relaxing title to enjoy.
it's a short game but the replay value is there, with highscores and leaderboards to chase after.
the price is super cheap too
