like rust but more modern

this is an amazing game. it gives me the feel of rust, red dead redemption, black dessert and the witcher combined. say what you will, ive been waiting or atleast gave up playing mmorpgs for years untill this game came out. i only found out about it through my inlaws stream, bought the game same day and have no regrets.

TIPS:
1: definitely check out chat settings. it became an eye sore for me and made me feel like there was nothing i could do about it. try setting the time out for new chats from the preset time down to about 3-5 seconds rather. they will disappear quickly but give enough time for you to notice something important to your quest or needs ingame when a chat pops up.
2: shrines are the better way to get around. the cost may vary, but you tend to reach max Azoth pretty quick or atleast come close to max by doing missions/side quests/ exploring and opening crates etc etc. cool down to retreat to the latest checked into inn is about 1hr so this makes it great to bypass that. Inns should be reserved for last resort.
3: familiarize yourself with ingame content as much as possible. it gives you a better overlook as to how YOU WANT to play the game. the more you know about mining/harvesting/hunting etc etc the better youll know where to spend most of your time. look at the armor, smelting,forgery,tanning etc to see the items you can craft to give you a better sense of how to make your build specific to you. learn about gems and what they can do for you.

i plan on spending a lot of time ingame. go at your own pace. DONT RUSH because you will get overwhelmed by spending resources in areas that dont pertain to you after you've learned you could've spent them somewhere else that could benefit you. have fun and enjoy the full content of the game! cheers (:

LMFAO, to fully enjoy this you MUST play like the rest of the players. ITs impossible to be the "good" guy and mind your business, if you want to survive you gotta be as ruthless as your neighbors. simply put, if you have no remorse then yea its recomended, if you cry when you scrape your knee then stay away from it.
