my personal Game of the Year, if you liked classic RE4 you will most likely love this, It's amazing.

My Fiance' got me this game as a gift, while I usually I find it hard to get into farming/crafting themed games I found this one to be much better and way more easy going to get into, The graphics are sweet and the game has a nice cosy feel to it, quests are easy to track and follow, item and quest descriptions explain a lot if you get confused during gameplay. I love the mining and fishing, it's fun and rewarding. tools automatically change to suit what you're working on which is amazing. You don't get punished for not making it to sleep on time, running out of stamina just prevents you from doing more till resting, death just kicks you from a dungeon. and you can JUMP! I love this game, and from someone who has never clicked with games like Stardew, Rune Factory, Animal Crossing etc, it says a lot that this has become such a favourite that I love to play with my partner, highly recommend to people trying to get a friend or partner into a farming type game that is easy going on newbies but still fun for fans of this style of game too. I'd give it a solid 8/10 and I'm only 3 hours into it!

DO NOT BUY!
Online is non existant, the servers are down and not being brought back.
Special Edition WILL NOT have the cards available as you need to use the online store to get them, which is non existant.
The AI is pure evil, even on 'Mage' (Easy) mode, you will be challenging AI using decks that will destroy you.
And to top it off the starting decks you can select at the start, aren't very impressive, very mediocre and not much synergy, they pale in comparison to the AI's god hands.
If you want to learn the basics of magic and start off with unfair matches and slow card rewards, this is the game for you.
If you wanted more variety, online, fair play or a half decent game, don't press buy.
