It's nice to see from the comments on this thread that he gifted games to people (I think!). He was always generous and kind, and will be sorely missed. I hope you think of him when playing together.

Game soon?
it can get just a tiny bit samey at the end due to most of the cool ideas being at the start, but that's the same with most games these days lol.
also i personally found very little replay value, there aren't secrets or anything and completing the skillshot system is not incentive enough to play again. might go back to it for a level or 2 occasionally, but i probably wouldn't play through the whole game again unless i was really bored and had completely forgotten the storyline :P
if you were asking because you are thinking about getting the game, i would say that this game is probably worth buying when it gets a bit cheaper, or when it's in a steam sale. it's fun but i don't know if i could reccommend paying full price for what i feel is a one time single player game :)
hope that helped :P
bulletstorm was ok, but not great. for a start the online part is just pointless. i played it once (but i gave it a fair chance to work) and as far as i could tell there is only one mode which is basically just defeat waves of enemies, and i found that i never had a good connection the whole time i played, even though i'm paying for 50mb broadband :P
the single player game is much better though. it's a reasonably interesting storyline, even though it does seem to copy generic character designs from a lot of other games, but it's possible to get past that quite easily. gameplay is fun and it's fun to try and get the harder skill shots. also up to about 3/4 of the way through thew game getting new weapons with new mechanics is great, though maybe some weapons are overpowerd a bit :P (like the sniper rifle which lets you steer the bullet and one shot kills most enemies no matter where
