What i did not like about this game was the lack of realism of the ship controls. A big rescue vessel turns like a Jet Ski. Way too manouverable. Same with acceleration and deceleration; Ships seem to have no mass.

The game itself is very good and very well made. But what ruined it for me is the player community of this game. In no other game have i met such a negative, toxic and angry group of people. As soon as you make a mistake or even just try out a non-conventional tactic, you get bombarded with the nastiest messages. Often after someone gets sunk, they start calling out all other people's mistakes as the cause of their loss.
I was very surprised by this, because i heard this game is played by many adults like me. But now i'm starting to think that maybe that is the problem (adult men are maybe easier frustrated?).
When i started this game, i was hoping to learn from other people in game, by communicating and getting advice. But there is hardly any communication going on during the game, and when someone DOES, it's usually only to say something nasty.
Another downside is that the server regions are completely seperate. I was trying to play a game together with a friend of mine in North America but he was unable to find me, because my account is on a EU server. So it's difficult to play with your online friends.
