it's ok

Solid story and gameplay, it's mostly what fans of the original have hoped for. However it does feel a little off going from having the depth, backstory and development of William Adams as a character to now having a silent protagonist.

My biggest problems with this game usually happens with co-op; newer players calling for help only to charge into a group of enemies unprepared or straight off a ledge.

For Nioh veterans - I'm sure you'll love it

For new players - The learning curve can be a little steep at times but if you enjoy a challenge it is well worth the patience. Take the time to really understand combat mechanics of stance changing and Ki (stamina) management. Take the time to know your enemies, but most of all;

DO NOT RUSH

This game is absolutely brilliant at punishing mistakes in a spit-second.
Slow down, snipe off weaker enemies before a fight and be sure to make friends with ninjutsu and magic!

65 Hours and I've thoroughly enjoyed them.

Great combat mechanics and skill system (once you get the hang of it)

main story is great, side stories are sad AF

also big anime titties if you're into that kind of thing o_O

A must-have for RPG fans that love a challenge!

This is everything Prepare to Die Edition should have been, the gameplay is a great deal smoother and the updated graphics are a nice touch.
Excellent buy if you miss Lordran or are yet to have the experience!
