Yes, I know I only have 5 1/2 hours on the game. However, the game runs ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terribly! Framerate drops CONSTANTLY. On launch, I'd play at ~35fps for about 5 minutes, then ~10 for two minutes. Repeat that cycle for an hour. I was on the *lowest graphics settings.*

Since then, I have gotten a significantly better GPU. One that should be able to handle medium, I'd argue even high graphics settings. Nope. This is not the case. The game runs at around ~80 fps on medium, which is great.. until it drops to ~30 for literally no reason. Don't even get me started on the input lag, slow & sluggish movement, and bugs galore. It makes the game nearly unplayable. I got into a gunfight, game crashed out of absolutely nowhere. I opened the game again, got into the same gunfight, I couldn't open my inventory, use my weapons, or do anything besides walk & run. I get killed. Game crashed again.

It hurts writing a negative review. It really, really does. I absolutely loved the older Stalkers. Easily my favourite series ever. But this, this just wasn't ready to be released. It needs to be heavily optimized. Heavily is an understatement, too.

I WANT this review to age like milk. More than anything. I want this game to feel playable without having to spend hundreds of dollars on a 40 series card,. especially after spending nearly $120 pre-ordering the ultimate edition.

Game could definitely be a Bitcoin miner or something, but not sure. Maxes out GPU (2060) like nothing. Plus, they're released the same game like 9 times. Suspicious & annoying af on the dev.
