I don't really play anymore, but I enjoyed the majority of my time with this game.

It is FAR from without flaws. It gets stale at the point I am at, and I am not even fully maxxed. The rollout of new content is slow (understandably) and thus becomes montonous.

It still shows a huge effort and labor of love to make it the game it wants to be.

A game I wish I had gone into blind, but I had to watch a full playthrough first because it had me so hooked.


PLEASE go into this game blind, you won't regret it, and the game will help you along the way if you struggle to progress the story.

The Gold Standard for video games. Masterful storytelling, writing, music, graphics, all of it is what other companies SHOULD be putting out, but don't.

The Best game concept with the absolute WORST DEVELOPERS I have ever seen. The devs are so out of touch its not even funny. Game is great, devs are not.

At the time of writing this, my gameplay time is 5.5 hours. Thats how long it took to beat the game.

DO NOT LET THE SHORT PLAYTIME FOOL YOU!

This game is a masterpiece in art design, story, writing, and everything in-between. In the short time you are in this world, it feels like years with how horrifying it can be at times. Characters feel realistic, and the nightmarish hyperboles that you could call 'humans' are twisted in all the right ways to keep you immersed in fear.

You should definitely play the first game to get some more understanding of the story, but it is not needed to enjoy this game.

Now sleep tight, and remember to differentiate what is what, for not everything is what it seems in the Pale City.

Have you ever wanted to forget a game entirely just to play it again?

This game had alot of love put into it. But a simple change that wasn't communicated nor addressed to the fanbase has ruined this for me and many other people.

Do not buy, let the developer learn his lesson that communication is key and move on.

It's like watching a movie but you're the main character. Tackle this with friends in multiplayer, and go in blind. You won't regret it one bit.

As much as I want to, I can't recommend this game.

***SPOILERS FROM THIS POINT ON****

I love horror games, especially those with buildup or undertone. Even moreso with foreshadowing. But this game takes far too long to provide far too little. It took a whopping 5 HOURS to get any fun from this game. At most I would've taken 1 hour or maybe even 2, for a stretch, but it just takes too long for the game to get good. The dialogue is horribly bland at points too.

If you like cute and creepy things, don't waste your time. You'll be bored soon enough.

While it is still in it's early stages, the game is great fun and I find myself enjoying it no matter what.

The only issue I have with it currently is how hard it is to get custom player avatars(or characters) into the game that work. It's a grueling process that I can only recommend you bother trying if you are skilled in converting files to other 3D formats.

Until they impliment a new system, I would have to give a lower rating than what I want to.
