I would reccommend those game to the most violent in vulgar.
Pros:
Fun Co-op
LOTS of customization
Fun for the most destructive
The ability to throw your OWN gang members off the roof is pretty fun.
The more missions the do the more fun you have.
Lots of weapons (my god the penetrator omg)
Cons:
When you upgrade alot of stuff you get OP and it isn't really fun (don't get stuff that makes you invincible!)
Steelport is kinda bland. I mean in the 2nd and 1st game they're was a university, goths, And plenty more stuff that saints row the third doesn't include.
Once you complete the main story it gets bland. The only way to get more missions is to get dlc (but they only showcase 3 missions NOT ALOT!!!)
Conclusion:
Get this game when it's on sale or you just feel like doing something obscure with your life.

Bad fanbase mediocre horror game that relies on jumpscares wow woah

Its a great time killer.
