somehow even hotter

it's great! it's awesome! feels like a huge, bombastic hollywood blockbuster, one worth investing 300 hours into

gameplay-wise, very barebones. everything else stuck with me on another level

might be a wimp, but this is legit so terrifying that I couldn't even leave the safe room for a while

really great. adds a whole other level to the horror. somehow, this game even manages to make some of the completely monsterless locations as terrifying as those utterly infested with them

success here is measured in the number of incestual marriages you can arrange. no wonder, because it's kind of the point of the game. the bigger your dynasty — the merrier, and the the harder it gets to not accidentally betroth your grandson to your twice removed cousin or bang your distant half-sister.

try it, you won't regret it

im bad at this and i dont intend to get better. luckily, this is one of those rare games where even cheating is fun

this is, like, the only older game that's so accessible to newer players. got it on sale and was afraid that i wouldn't even be able to make a step without dying to a guy with a 600 hour playtime, but even pros with multiple levels of prestige are approachable on the battlefield. don't be afraid to hop in thinking that you're late to the party, because you'll have a great time here
