Okay a few points on my qualifications before i continue:
Mainly played warcraft and darksouls
last played tekken 15ish years ago at number 3-5 idk which one
never got into any other fighting game apart from tekken
main bryan and hworang (clearly so often i cant spell it)

I like this game, i got in on sale for 30 bucks and i believe i got my moneys worth on the music alone. Great challenge in the game-play and clearly a well thought out reaction based system. I felt progression on every character i played and i believe that the story/campaign mode is done okay; though when you cut it back its the same 3d fighter with some cutscenes, it's enough to keep you entertained for the duration of the story and long enough to not be able to refund on steam. I jest, honestly i can see the appeal and i could see myself getting really competitive at it at some stage.

I wish there was a better way to learn. I know some old schoolers will read this and think im scrubbing; and i agree im sure i can be seen like that but i speak for the general population when i say that as a new player the practise mode while done right really doesnt explain how to pull out 10 hit combos. It takes a bit of research and trial and error to really get the moves down. For this reason i'd reccomend for people to main one certain character because once you learn one it's very easy to fall into a rutt, in the same breath i could say that a player shouldn't get tied to 3-4 moves on one character because it's very very easy to fall into multiple rutts. Keep progressing, learning and stay motivated and this is a great game.
I'm drunk so take all this with a pinch of salt and be leanient on grammatical error.

3rd shot: How do i turn off that slow mo camera on every bullet
4th shot: Okay this got old pretty quick

Also, if you're gonna do stealth do it right. My sniper alerted every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in a 10k radius and i had to result to a single shot pistol with minimal ammo to get around. Bad game is bad.

Positives:
Combat system is so in depth and constantly challenging, situationally always finds new ways to teach.
Level Design, cannot stress this enough; it's a very large portion of why this game works so damn well, just as you feel you're lost and need a bonfire cause you're in too deep there will be an apiphany oh "oh ♥♥♥♥ i know where this is" followed be a moment of deep appreciation for the though that has obviously gone into the design of it all.
Far too many game's hand the objective right on over, darksouls emplores you to explore and rewards it accordingly.

Negatives:
Darksouls 1's rolling is clunky as hell if you're already accustomed to ds3 or bloodborne.
Darksouls 1 DOES NOT "Require" mods to make it work. That being said; DSfix and Wulf's connection mod will help a lot. Also; while you're there turn the "YOU DIED" art to "THANKS OBAMA". Takes the edge off deaths.

Looking to get into darksouls? i'd reccomend getting number 3 first, it's more linear. You're gonna get lost if this is your first souls game and you have no source of reference.

Holy damn this is cool af! well, i mean the first one was too but this is a major step up that i didn't see coming
graphics, gameplay, story, cinematics, all insane; get it

Arguably one of the best games of all time but ported awfully to work with win 7 and win 10. I'm on win 10 and most of the gameplay works but only after a while of tinkering; players really shouldn't have to do this stuff and i feel for all the cats im seeing that have trouble. Seems when i alt tab the game crashes and wont let me alt tab back in; also i was using a gattling laser and crashed before. Shame to see bethesda milking the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ out of skyrim in every way that they can but they can't look after this one. Gonna have to not reccomend for now.

Love this game, dunno what i really expected when i bought it i just saw it was on sale for 3 bucks and got interested as to how accurate they could make it, did some research on youtube and it turns out they used actual Linux Kernel commands, correct terminology and it really brings about this feeling like you are penetration testing or looking for something you shouldn't be. Also kept me pretty captivated in the way i thought i massive meltdown was always around the corner. So far i've accidentally deleted my system configuration, booted to safe mode, stole another computers system config and put it in my own to reboot. I've also had a bluescreen from a trace; had to hack my ISP and give myself a new IP address.

Another great thing about this game is that the server IP's are all randomly generated; you cant just google where you need to go or be if you do get stuck. There is hints, but mainly; you're all alone.

I can't hack for ♥♥♥♥ IRL, let me tell ya. I only know the networking/linux terminology from a bit of personal study ive done so it's not massively in depth (kinda wish it was, or they had a hard mode that would activate real BASH scripts and other stuff that you would find on a real machine.

You can only expect so much for 3 dollars though, apparently the dev for this game is on his first few projects and if this is whats made already then im very excited to see whats gonna come from them.
10/10 i've only ever said this for darksouls 3, witcher 3 and... idfk one else i thought i'd have 3 fk u

This game is a work of art, wish it was a little longer but the story always kept me entertained and theres a lot of replay value cause of all the secrets and unlockables. Perfect controller compatibility which is suprisingly rare.

I finished this game, i only got it cause i had the 2-3 dollars on my steam account and wanted to blow it on something. What i found was a small installation, simple system, brutal unrelenting death mechanics in a puzzle game situation enshrouded in the deep and dark world that you have to navigate. I was kept entertained throughout and was suprised how far and well that the creators could take their simple mechanics.

Perfect game to play with a friend, one or two lives each and a drink when you die.

I got this for 3 dollars on sale, great game the graphics are wonderful but not thaaaat far away from the first one. Unfortunately the warmastered edition gave me problems with the water diving which i fixed by jumping into water and holding A on my xbox controller. Later i encountered a bug that i couldn't spawn the horse, this proved to be game breaking as it was at the worm boss. Had to install the original version which has much better controller support.

I even emailed their dev's and got a reply from a person saying that they couldn't help. Would i reccomend it? yeah but get the first it's probably even cheaper. Hoping the 2nd one works.
