I am enjoying this one a lot. Just because its getting so many negative reviews I will place a positive one. It gives a lot of new items and creatures and yes it should have been for free but they need to keep the lights on too so I forgive it. It added a lot of fun for me to have this.

My recommendation atm: yes but also a no... I feel its not ready for early access. So in that I say No. Fighting is very badly done and the characters look so very dopey and boring its not really fun to look at yet. Also for me a game needs to be fun from first moment. you need to feel the anticipation of whats ahead but for me it feels very grindy and not much fun to look at from start. Might be later on it becomes better and I will try the game more but it needs more fun.

after 33 hours more and more things come up that make the game so not ready yet. Things like icons that don't have any picture yet and not a search engine where you can type in what item you need in the many chests that are not connected so the search of ingredients becomes a living hell with many of the icons looking the same. So many components are needed and I am just surprised that some simple things haven't been done yet. It still has so much potential and at the moment I am still fighting through all the bad things because it feels like the game might be worth it but haven't found it yet.

If you have food in your toolbar and you want to eat you first have to click on the item and then use f to use it this is so time consuming and useless and not fun. Also if you want to use your umbrella you first need to click it then use it. Its as if the makers haven't ever played a game before themselves to know what is fun. We all know this is not the case so why do this?

game needs a long while to become a little interesting I do see that the devs are working on a lot of the issues and I believe the game might become better in time.

the game looks very nice, the building you can do is truly amazing. Quests are well done. it has a huge map and farming is also done very nicely. I only played 38 hours so there is probably a lot I haven't seen yet. Its def. Worth buying.

As far as I can see in the 7 hours that I played the game its entertaining and fun and has a lot of potential. It has small bugs but nothing game breaking. I hope they continue with this game and keep developing it.

It's getting better.

20 November

Gave it a try again. Official servers are still very laggy but the crashes are starting to be less and less. Its almost playable. For now I am keeping my thumb down until it starts to be more fun to play.

Somehow I can't let go I so want this game to succeed. Carefull nudging towards positive.

after roughly have played it for 208 hours on pve. I keep saying no to recommending this game.

For one official server is really bad, its filled with foundations of people that don't even play anymore
Due to game crashing servers all those thatch foundations keep resetting the timer.

The Nitrado official server crashes about every 3 hour and has a huge memory leak that builds up every 3 hours than crashes.

To be completely honest the game is Ark evolved with a pretty jacket on but you need a super strong pc to be able to play it on a high enough setting to enjoy it.

character creation is nice characters look better Creatures are in my opinion all the same but the shadows make it look better the building of stuff has been done better. I was able to create a pretty neat looking building.

lots of little quality of life improvements but a lot less fun because no cryo's no incubators lots of stealing people because ovi-raptors now pick up eggs so they can let loose an ovi-raptor near your house and they can steal your incubating eggs without you knowing it. Also everything seems to be so slow.

I played it solo too but it looses its charms while doing stuff all alone. Nitrado's servers are also bad. I did hire the way too expensive server for a month had so often frame rate drops and the game backup isn't working either so that's not an option for me either.

For now I am uninstalling the game. Too many frustrations for me to keep going with this game

11 hours in so much fun!

i am only 4 hours in the game. So my review is still very early first impression. That said. I am very impressed how well this game is made. Building is fun. Combat is well done. It looks so very pretty. So yes worth buying. ps: I find the characters very cute.

25 hours in game and still having a lot of fun.

fix your bugs. ranch pack is way to expansive for what you get. sims 3 horses was a lot better this seems a ghost of its previous version.

Story is fun, I can't wait for it to come out! I just can't even stay away from the early access its that good! Co-up is done brilliantly! If you have friends that like D&D or are new to it and want to get into it this is also a VERY good way to learn about the rules and how it works. <3

4 hours in Its still very enjoyable :)
