go as follows: reset password
> enter the email your steam account used before it got hacked
> it will say it can't find anything
> search with steam account name
> enter account name that you used to create your account (normally found in the top right of steam when signed in)
> it will come up with a partially censored email and a button saying I no longer have access to this email or something
> click on I no longer have email or whatever it says
> fill in the information, and provide the code at the end, submit, and steam will get back to you in normally around a day. good luck!
