Acquaintance with the game The Witcher 3 came after several unsuccessful attempts to play the first part of the trilogy, and my mood for this saga was obviously skeptical. I gave this game a chance, and was not disappointed, I will say the opposite - after 7 hours of playing I overpowered myself and went through the first two parts of the trilogy. There were several reasons: I wanted to know what happened in history before, and I knew that it was possible to import saves from previous games. After going through the first two parts of The Witcher, I imported saves and with great pleasure went through the third part.
I didn’t really like replaying the first 7 hours of the game, so I tried to fly through them as quick as possible. But in general, the whole game left a very positive impression. The world of the Witcher pulled me in very much and I gladly went through the NextGen version of the game main plot and DLCs, but also all additional tasks and witcher orders.
The game struck me not only with a carefully thought-out world and details to trifles. a banal example - if you shave the main character, then after some time the beard will grow back. And by completing orders and additional tasks, you not only get additional experience, but reveal the stories of episodic characters shown earlier. This is how the story of the hunter from the prologue and many others is revealed. In addition, all completed tasks at the end affect not only the ending, but the world itself, which you leave behind. So let's say the butterfly effect in all its glory even before its popularization of the Dark Pictures gaming saga.
What I did not like in the game from the mechanics is the control of the horse, but this is more from the category of nit-picking. There are several tasks in the game where you have to be on horseback, and they were difficult for me, so most part of tge game I spent on foot.
The plot of the game is great, only the plots of the DLCs are better than it. Each DLC has its own mood. Hearts of Stone show the sewers, as in the first part, and the mood itself is very gloomy and neglected. While Blood and Wine is very cheerful and positive, showing it in every way - from the picture which is very contrasrt and colorfull to the dialogue. Although I liked Hearts of Stone more in terms of plot, but in terms of dialogues and their constructions, Blood and Wine showed the game in all its glory.

I understand people who replay the Witcher several times, the world is very vast and in my 72 hours of playthrough I still haven't explored most of the locations. The game leaves a good aftertaste and there is a desire to return after passing to complete unfinished orders and explore the rest of the world.
