Do not play this game. If you value your time, sanity, relationships... do not play this game.

You'll sink hours into it. You'll have so much fun it'll drive you mad. Your kids will start to play it. Your wife will start to play it. Eventually, you'll change your ringtone to the jackpot chest theme just for one more hit.

Don't do it. Or do, I'm not in charge of you.

Fun little game, definitely dependent upon luck initially.

Got lots of replay value, though.

This game has provided me hours of play, in a very replayable atmosphere.

It's definitely very strategy heavy, and the turn based combat can be a bit of a turn off, but for someone who doesn't like horror or FPS, it fit the bill nicely.

Pros:
Lots of Random-ness allows for unlimited playability
Wide variety of starting "factions" allow for a different experience every time
Great to play if you have a lot of time to kill
Fun to play with your friends - but would recommend LAN games.

Cons:
Tech tree is usually built the same way every time
Even the smallest game will take hours, so make sure you have lots of time to kill.
The online games need to be left open constantly. If you stop partway through, or have someone disconnect, you lose that spot and it opens the game for random players.
