When ideas are challenged by others, mihai2001pro listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position. mihai2001pro copes with short periods of pressure, but the quality of work and level of enthusiasm begin to decline if the pressure continues for a longer period. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, mihai2001pro sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline. Or completes the task, but with some serious flaws. Carries out jobs requiring the use of the hands or hand-tools well, but is not yet a master craftsman.
