It's like Dead By Daylight.... but worse.

A very wholesome visual novel, with a great cast of adorable and lovable girls to choose from! If you're looking for something to warm your heart during these chilly holiday weeks, look no further!

EDIT: As of the 1.0 launch, the performance issues have been mostly fixed, and you will notice signifigant performance improvement, I know I did.

• Game is fun, easially the best in it's class
  
• Variety of quenes allow you to tailor your experience to your particular friend group
  
• Shooting feels good (hit detection is wonky but that's nearly impossible to get perfectly)
  
• Feels tense and exhilirating when you get down to the last few players
  
• Graphics look good and convey the wasteland, run down aesthetic well enough

• Adding lootboxes in EA after the devs said they wouldn't be included until full launch
  
• Devs banning people for ludicrous reasons including "stream-sniping"
  
• Devs banning people for accidentally using "exploits" in a horrendously broken game (it IS EA so I'm not faulting them on that front)
  
• Abysmal optimization (At least on my rig, GTX 1060 6GB, 8GB RAM, i7 3820 @3.6 GhZ, also can't fault the devs for that as it's EA) the game will freeze, lag and function poorly more often than not, and almost every game will fail to load the textures on buildings when landing, making it so I can't loot inside buildings and most times I just end up dying.

Overall, if you only care about gameplay and don't mind the questionable ethics of the developer, then I cant't recommend the game enough, this is an extremely solid foundation that will only improve with time, and what better time to get in on the action than before launch. However if you have a hate-boner for microtransaction lootboxes and favoritism towards streamers then you might want to skip out on this one. If you're like me and don't have the best PC avaliable, (or at least one on par with or less powerful than mine) then I would suggest waiting for the game to progress more and recieve some much needed optimization updates. Being an early access game and all, it's hard to score it, the game does so many things amazingly and yet falls flat on it's face in other areas, but i'll do my best.

After playing RWBY: Grim Eclipse, I simply cannot reccomend this game to anyone. The game claims that each character feels fun and unique, but Two Guns Blue Boy simply isn't fun to play! His guns feel unresponsive. The game feels repetetive, unfun, bland and boring. The game feels overly short to me and the story is a jumbled mess. The characters play the exact same and aren't fun (minus the DLC, also ♥♥♥♥ TWO GUNS BLUE BOY). The game looks like an early Dreamcast game, even on Ultra settings. The character models in particular look atrocious, the one exception to this is the red garden are, which I thought looked very nice, but even so: 1 level out of 10 is not good. Much like how RWBY immitates an actual anime, this game immitates an actual beat em up, and falls flat on it's face. PS: ♥♥♥♥ TWO GUNS BLUE BOY
