You played with a graphical advantage so you did not play fair
You played with a higher framerate so you did not play fair
You played with customized controls so you did not play fair
You did not buy the game, meaning you didn't spend the required effort to get a copy of the game and you can freely go from game to game if you get stuck, meaning you aren't truly completing games because the only way you are finding ones to complete at all is through stealing. Speedruns are official marks of competency gaming wise, and speedruns not accepting emulated garbage is proof that beating games with an emulator is unofficial. You were never part of the process, you weren't there when the game released or know anything about gaming culture by playing the game on a rom.
You are literally the equivalent of standing outside the baseball stadium watching the game through the fence. You were never there and didn't truly beat it.
