Game Release:

Played during beta: first time, no problems whats so ever. Second time, crash every 1-45minutes, average of about every 3-5 minutes. Tried numerous graphics settings systematically changing one thing at a time, nothing works.

When this game works, I love it. However, the constant crashing makes this nearly unplayable. They really need to fix the crashing, and from what I've seen on the Community and other reviews, its definitely not just me.


2022.12.27:

Still crashes, about 1-2 times per mission. I swear I've submitted at least 500 bug reports, that should go along way in saying that the game is REALLY GOOD, except for the damned bugs and crashes.

Unfortunately, wargaming policy of NOT linking wargaming accounts to steam accounts killed any chance of me playing this game again. I've been a supporter of having WoWS on steam from Day 1, but the fact that I cannot use my wargaming account that has 100's of hours played, with two or three T10 ships is disappointing. Therefore, I cannot support this game with this current policy. I am sure that plenty of other WOWS veterans are in the same boat, probably in the thousands. Let me use my wargaming account on Steam, and I will gladly come back and play; otherwise, like many other WoWS veterans, I will not support wargaming's poor decision making with regards to cross-functionality.

This game is early access. As an avid fan of the guild series, I would not recommend this game at the current stage of development. To simply put it many of the 'core' features that make the 'guild' are not there. Romance, shop automation, and other aspects of the game are there but not functioning. Many 'click' events such as dragging inventory, or crafting do not register the first time. Shop management suffers the same issues with assigning workers tasks, or stopping a task and giving them another. I really hope these things get fixed quickly, as in a month or so, because I've been dying for a new game, but this is simply NOT playable, and this is coming from an avid fan of this game's series.
