Can't even run the game. I don't know if it's horrible optimization or bad servers. Neither should be an issue for my rig. I set it to low and it still stutters like mad. Not worth the time or effort

What a gem. This game has everything you would want in an arpg. The gameplay is great, the story is good, but what really makes it worth playing is the dialogue. There are so many nredy references dropped throughout the game that make it so enjoyable (Like "The Rabbit" from monty python as a side boss). It is fairly short, you can beat it in a day if you really try, but its very replayable.

From the moment i started playing this game, it has done nothing but p!ss me off. Sure, GoT has a tendancy to do that, but not NEARLY as much as this game. This game doesnt even give you a chance to like anyone before they get killed. Im only still playing this game to see if the ending is even worth it. I highly doubt it.

The moment Ramsey Snow/Bolton appeared, i knew i wasnt going to like what happened. You know hes invincible because he hasnt died yet in the TV show, and they arent about to kill him in this game. Anything and everything that can go wrong will go wrong in this game. Nothing you do will help you. That guy you just started liking? He's most likely dead in the next episode.

EDIT: Just finished the game. SPOILER ALERT: No matter what you do, you cant "win." Nothing works in your favor. Almost everyone dies and you don't even get a decent ending. It drops you with a cliff hanger-like ending. It pretty much like they decided "Oh sh!t, we really f*cked this up, we might as well not even end it."

If you like getting f*cked in the @ss repeatedly, then go ahead and buy this game. It adds no value to the GoT story.

TLDR: Dont even bother with this game unless: A) Its free; or B) You really enjoy torturing yourself and you like being p!ssed off the entire time.

TL;DR Get this game on sale, but spend no more than $10

Now that thats out of the way, i will start by saying this game was OK. Not great, but not bad either. The gameplay reminds me of Dragon Age: Origins (in terms of the squad command) mixed with a cover-to-cover 3PS. Its fun for a while, but ordering around your squad can be a nuisance. They like to run to random places and get cut off, then go into bleedout. Not a big deal on lower difficulties, but on higher difficulties, if they die, they die for good. Gameplay score 8/10

The story is interesting. It was pretty good up until the final few missions, then it took a nose dive. The very end brought it back a little, but the fact remained that the twist at the end made no sense with the rest of the story. I won't spoil it any more than that. Story score 7/10

The graphics are really good. Better than XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Not top notch, but still very good. Graphics score 9/10

Overall, I'd give this game a solid 7/10, mainly because of the stupid plot twist. If it had actually progressed the way it should have, i'd have given the game 8.5/10.

Very good port. Has everything that you would expect out of DWXL, only lacking online multiplayer.
If you own it on console, i would recommend waiting until this either: goes on sale, adds online, or both.

Only things i can see so far that could be fixed:
-Controller Support: You can use a controller to do everything. Only, the buttons are not laid out for you (aka you have to either know what to press from past experience, or guess) Not a huge issue for DW vets, but still slightly annoying as DW controls differ from the norm.
-Multiplayer: Seeing as i've played almost every DW since 2, this isnt a big issue for me as most of them were offline. But adding a game to steam and not having online? C'mon devs, wtf were you thinking?
-Textures: Really noticable in cut-scenes. They arent terrible, but it looks like a PS2/Xbox game. While playing, it isnt that noticable as you move a lot and rarely stand still.

Overall, its 99% of what i was expecting (1% for the online, but oh well. If the devs are smart, they will add it)

What a game. I'm glad i finally got around to playing it.

To start with, the voice acting was incredible (i am biased, I LOVE Travis Willingham and Laura Bailey). The grapchics were great, but thats not what i want to focus on. The real gem is the story. Some might say it was predictable, and it is, but it may not be what you thought. What i was almost certain was going to happen didn't, yet i wasn't far off. I won't spoil it though.

The only cons i can think of are the voice commands and the crappy team AI. I HIGHLY recommend turning off the voice recognition as you will most likely end up with a different response from what you wanted. It's a great idea, but its not polished. I tried using it for about 10 minutes, but after the 10th "No" when i said "Yes" i called it quits.
Now the AI is almost as bad as the voice recognition. A lot of the time you will find that your team mates like to run through your line of fire, or stand in between you and an enemy, or both at the same time with 2 different mates. This leads to them losing trust in you. Now, its not hard to gain it back, but it is rather annoying.

Not really a con, but highly frustrating, is how much the enemy targets you and only you. Mainly bosses. They like to stand on top of you after you've been knocked into limbo (the point where you're dying, but can use first aid on yourself to get back up, like last stand or like in L4D). I was playing on the hardest (until you beat the game and unlock the actual hardest) difficulty, so that might have been a factor. I found myself using a first aid kit only to be instantly knocked down again way too many times.

Id have to say yes and no.

Yes because: I know where this game will end up, and when it eventually gets to that point it will be awesome.

No because: At the moment, so much is still left out.

Its a lot smoother than the mod by far, but its still missing a lot like vehicles, wider range of guns, and some of the interacting still doesnt work (i spent 15 minutes at a water pump trying to fill a canteen and a water bottle but it wouldnt work.)

Food spawns are scarce, you cant hunt, and you die from starving in less than a day. I find canned food all over, but you need a can opener to open them, and in hours of gameplay so far, i have yet to find one.

Its got a long way to go, but it can only get better.

This game is great fun. You can choose to fly planes from 5 different countries from both WW1 and WW2. Graphics are great, the physics and gameplay is all amazing. I guess you could say there is a pay to win option, but its so small that pure skill can still make you better than anyone that spends loadsamoney.

This game is AWESOME! Basically what Diablo 3 should have been. AND its free.

Combat system is the same as Diablo 2, however they added more hotkeys for more skills. The skills are all based on gems you find and put into weapon sockets, so you dont have to decide what skills you want to level up. As long as you meet the requirements, you can use any skill.

When you level up, you get a large screen similar to the Final Fantasy 10 level-up screen, which has a lot of passive stat improvements. Each class starts at a different point on the skill tree/map, but they are all connected. Basically, you can go anywhere you want on the tree and play your character how you want.

I cant praise this game enough, its awesome, play it.

This game is obnoxiously boring and tedious. If thats your thing, then go for it. Otherwise, STAY AWAY
