In the end, however, democracy won. The Helldivers 2 community let their voices be heard, and they preserved our very way of life.

Now that is out of the way...

Helldivers 2 is a fantastic squad-based shooter.

If you are looking for a fun game to hop on and play with the homies, this is it. The gunplay: crisp, the sound design: excellent, the gameplay: familiar, yet fresh.

So what are you waiting for? Report to your hellpod, Helldiver.

Easy Game of the Year material. The visuals are gorgeous, the soundtrack slaps, and the gameplay is both challenging and fun. 10/10.

Enter the Gungeon is an addictive experience that will have you diving back in run after run. The art style is beautiful, the gameplay is rewarding, and music is catchy. I can't recommend this game enough.

Hollow Knight is a true gem of an indie game. I am surprised that Team Cherry has managed to pack in so much detail into a 2D metroidvanian style title. This game is absolutely oozing with atmosphere. The soundtrack, art style, and core gameplay are all extremely well polished, and I have yet to encounter a single bug throughout my experience so far. If you enjoy punchy combat, fighting hoards of enemies, and slaying bosses then this game is absolutely for you.

As of this review I have currently clocked 16.8 hours into this game and I hope to enjoy it for many more.

Sid Meier's Civilization VI is a fantastic sequel to Civ V. Enough of the formula has changed to justify sinking plenty more hours into this series. The game feels fresh yet increasingly familiar. I would diffenetly recommend this game to anyone who has loved the previous games in this classic franchise.
