If you're looking for progression and car customization then I'm sorry to tell you won't find much of it here, all the cars come unlocked right away and come with 1 custom livery slot that require photoshop or some MS paint skills if you wanna make a custom design. However, I can tell you is you will find a well put together racing experience. With a Logitech g920 wheel this game controls great off the bat and is rewarding in it's own way. You progress by becoming a better racer in general and improve your lap times. Usually it ends up being a competition against yourself to beat each lap time. There are a nice variety of tracks but the car selection is a little more limited compared to other racing games. However each car controls a little or a lot different than the last. Sticking to 1 car and mastering it is a reward of its own. They also give you lots of settings to tweak to make the race the way you wanna play it. Want to use official race rules? You got it. No rules, anything goes? Can be done. All in all what it lacks in unlockables and progression, it makes up for with it's own experience.

You have the option to favorite songs. You're probably not gonna need it.

Basically, if you rolled an RPG, RTS, Simulation, Open World, Sandbox game all into one you would have RimWorld ladies and gentlemen WIth a dash if Dwarf Fortress and Space Station 13 influence.

Have you dreamed of wiping out anyone who isn't on your side so you can travel to another planet and do the same thing again? Then buy this game.

A must have for RTS fans. That's all to it.

A great follow up to an already superb game.
