A repeat of your experience with Survival Evolved. This time, you need a powerhouse of a computer to run the game competently. You WILL experience crashes. Despite it's problems, it's an enjoyable game. Same as the original with a few quality of life improvements here and there.

9/10. Outstanding storytelling. Outstanding game overall. As an AMD 7900 XTX owner, I'm subtracting a point because I had to turn off Ray Tracing at the start of chapter 4. With RT on the game would crash at that point. I feel the game could use an "unstuck" feature as the character became stuck about 5 times during my play-through as I tried to carefully explore everywhere looking for story interface thingies. (Still missed one!)
Looking forward to the sequel!

Like a "Satisfactory" lite, but in space. If you enjoy one, you should enjoy the other. Addictive factory builder.

Despite it's many flaws, I must admit the game is addictive. You'll get your money's worth in game time you'll play, but if this were a monthly subscription model, it would be a flop. I'm still playing regularly, so to me that means I can recommend it to others.

Great fun with a crew of your friends!

Developers have done a good job this year (2018), of providing incentives to continue exploring and building. Weekly community events were a wise idea. I find myself still putting hours into this game, so I'd recommend it for those who like this kind of content.

Edit: 2019, still an excellent Labor of Love for the developers. Still worth playing!

Outstanding game. It's got 90% of my love, and would have the rest if it didn't try and bait me with Feature Fees. Fortunately it can be played without additional investment. The final act draws out too long.

If you like campaign shooters, this is a great classic that must be played.

My opinion can be downloaded for $14.99.
