Very good game indeed. 8/10 for me, which makes it pretty much my 2nd fave or fave 4X strategy game ever, and yes it does count as 4X.

Brutal but great fun. The RTS/RTT (real-time strategy/real-time tactics) equivalent of a souls-like. Nicely done, Eugen!

It ain't finished, duh, but crikey if it isn't the best horde-fps I've ever played, finally displacing Left 4 Dead 2 as my fave in this fiendish and profane genre.

This pseudo-review was submitted on November 18th, well before the game's official release date, so don't worry too much about my "ain't finished" above.

And anyway, it's Fatshark! You can trust 'em. Buy this game and play it. If you don't own a sufficient console or PC to play it, buy one of those, THEN buy this game and play it.

Easiest 8/10 I've ever doled out - will revisit in January.
