+/- graphic is alright, its pretty old by now so its not that great but still not THAT bad

+ good story
+ lots of endings
+ interesting characters
+ music is good

- controls are sometimes garbage (like you wanna run right but your character refuses to do so and you have to redo the whole chapter because of it)
- some character choices are weird and there's some plot holes

* 7/10 would scream Jason/Shaun again

* ♥♥♥♥♥♥ a tentacle Monster, a corpse, a hipster vampire, a hot demon, ssssssnake lady, ghost snack, a fish and a dog and I got rejected just as often as I got in real life

* 10/10 would get rejected again

* Made my love for females even stronger + beautiful art + beautiful soundtrack + nice short story

* 10/10 would cry and send we bare bears meme again

+ The Gameplay is amazing (the fights feel really fluent and dynamic and better than most other beat 'em up)
+ runs perfectly
+ short loading screens

- You cant unlock costumes normally anymore by playing the game
- The "patterns" you gotta unlock to get to the costumes are random number and for random champions (a whole arcade mode was 1x pattern out of 200-1000 needed for different costumes)
- The online mode is only Ranked( EDIT: lobby was added by now)
- They took out tag team, which was in every other game so far (and always one of the best aspects of the game)
- You even have to pay ingame currency to unlock the costumes after you got all the stupid patterns
- A LOT of Characters are missing, especially fan favourites, that will be super expensive dlc content later probably

In conclusion: It's not worth a full prized game, the gameplay is amazing and its its best ever but the stuff that people loved the most about it, is gone. (and that comes from someone who had 2k hours on playstation on doa5) I love this series so much but it hurts how little you get by now and how much they threw out.

*Expected a cute story based game with some magic. Got a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ big ass map with way too many rooms you can go in and way too many sub quests over the day. You have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lot to do if you want to, you can do like 70+ sub quests, 60+ decorations, a lot of books, so many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spells for the dungeons (around 60+ id guess), 49 small dungeons and 7 huge ones with final bosses. Also the story is pretty neat and interesting and it has really cool cutscenes (they look like the real anime) If you wanna do all achievements then you have a lot to do, if just wanna follow the main quest you can do that as well.

*9/10 would run 8 times in the wrong direction again
