The game is fun, but there are many things that were in house flipper 1 but are missing in house flipper 2 not worth the money. you can complete the game fast, there is no workshop, but now to the pros: There is more things that you cannot do in house flipper 1 there is creative mode.So you should pick this game up if in sale.
