Having a game with devs who listen to their players is such a blessing in today's gaming scene. Not only do they listen, but they also put their best on their game. I've been having so much fun with my friends stress-free, even when we were on a losing streak the game was still incredibly fun.

Make sure to play this game at least once, especially if you have friends to play with.
This game will surely be nominated as the best live service game of 2025.

It's definitely one of the best Souls-likes I've ever played. I've only played this game for three hours, but I already love it so much. I love how they designed Khazan, especially his character model and personality. His backstory is very well written as well. The combat is very smooth, making it very addicting to master. It's easily a 10 for me. I might consider saving up until I can afford this game.

The combat is very satisfying and feels so great, especially the parrying system which is similar to Sekiro. The Bosses are perfectly designed, and their attacks are choreographed very well which makes the fight so fun and addicting. My favourite part of this game is the story and where it takes place and time, it feels so fresh to play as Pinocchio in a dark fantasy world.

As a die-hard Souls fan, I highly recommend this game, especially for those who seek more challenges after conquering Fromsoftware's games. This is probably the only Souls-like worth the price until this day that gives you the feeling of playing a souls game as if it was made by Fromsoftware.

This is the greatest expansion that I've ever played in my entire life after Blood & Wine DLC from The Witcher 3. This DLC has everything that a game should have. The world design is absolutely stunning that I can stare at it for hours (I wonder how did they create such a godly masterpiece), each soundtrack makes you feel like an actual main protagonist going on an epic journey, and the boss fights are very damn epic as well especially the final boss, a lot of huge new area with beautiful level design, and the new weapons, spells, and equipment are very fun to use.

People who claim that the DLC is unfairly difficult are probably those who never even tried to properly play the game even after 2 years since the release of the base game. I can tell that they used to skip the majority of enemies, cheesing bosses, not learning boss and enemy attack patterns, never learning how to properly build their character, ash of war spamming, and a lot more skill issues to be said.

Before playing this game myself, I used to agree with people who curse and mock this game for being the worst Souls game that Fromsoftware has ever made. As a Soulsborne fan, I won't judge it before actually playing it and then I decided to see it for myself. I understand why they hate it that much. The level design is just horrible, the hitboxes are bs, and a lot more bad stuff.

What makes me keep playing is that I always set my mind to value all the money I spend on my games, i strive to complete and experience EVERYTHING each game has to offer, including all the bad stuff. And also it's a Souls game made by Fromsoftware (can't call myself a fan without playing all the series). With those in mind, I try to enjoy all the progression and get used to it. The game turns out to be enjoyable in my opinion. I began to appreciate the environments and the world-building of this game, they are very different than the other titles which makes the exploration feel interesting and fun. The bosses are very unique but a lot of them are very frustrating due to their hitboxes being straight bad. The combat doesn't feel that bad, you just need to get along with it and it will be fine.

The conclusion is, that this game is worth buying only if you consider yourself a true Soulsborne fan like myself. Other than that, I can't guarantee you to enjoy this game as much as I do.

Can't call yourself a true Soulsborne fan without truly experiencing this game. Enjoyed every second of my playtime exploring the world, learning about the lores and secrets, fighting the bosses, developing new builds, and many countless other crazy things. If you're a swordplay enjoyer just like me this game is a MUST.

Glad the game exceeds my expectation, the game is very fun especially when you have friends to play with. Love the time sink in this game, easily getting myself drowned into it. I can play this game a whole month without getting bored. Literally a 10/10

Great story and combat! the story is kinda confusing at the start but it becomes very interesting and thrilling as you progress through the game. The combat mechanics are great and smooth, i like how the character deflect enemy attacks and perform counter attack. The only thing that concerns me is that the game is pretty short for a story driven game but everything else is delivered perfectly!
