The core gameplay is fun enough. It's Gundam Overwatch, and I love Gundam. It's fun playing as the different mobile suits and hearing all the sounds go off. Moment-to-moment, it feels good to play most of the units and they all different feels.

Too bad the Japanese can make and balance a modern multiplayer game about as well as they can maintain a birthrate.

Everything is a stomp for one team and there's pretty much no reason to expect a turnaround. Between unbalanced mobile suits and apparently no skill-based matchmaking, don't expect tense or engaging fights.

And this is before we get to the monetization scheme, which is slow and tedious and locks mobile suits behind the grind or real money transactions.

Feel free to download and play if you can stand the unbalance. But DO NOT spend real human money on this game yet.
