It's dead today. Sorry to the few people still using it. Another way to get the lobby ID is to visit http://mvmlobby.com/tools.php . There are only a couple of uses per day and it wasn't worth running the server for it.

@Vice Yeah kind of. My Java based code is dead, but island55 gave me some code for a node.js version. Unfortunately it's only running on my local PC, having trouble getting node.js installed on mvmlobby.com .

@koohikoo - This bot is based on a Java library to connect to Steam (as opposed to the more popular C# code). It stopped working one day and I was not able to figure out what the issue is within the library.
