Surprisngly complex story for a dating sim about human/pigeon relationships. The writing is good, and generates laughs throughout the campaign. The end is where the real intrigue of the game lies - you might end up taking the story seriously. You may get a little confused if you haven't played dating sims before, but it's airly easy to get used to, and there are always walkthroughs out there. Hatoful boyfriend is funny, light and playful; yet surprisngly dark at times. Good for weirding out your friends, at a decent price. 8.5/10
