Actually fun and strategic game, not just "haha funny characters fight!". The campaign is well made, takes you through different time eras while testing your inner strategist, requiring you to figure out which units to deploy from your arsenal.

Every unit is different, there's so many of them and they're all fun to watch. Do you deploy many cheap melee fighters, or a couple strong mages? Maybe some ranged units behind shields? Hugeass cannon? Do you do a concentrated push, or scatter your units? Most of the time, you'll be combining to get the perfect counterattack to the enemy army, but what's fun is that you can try as many times as you want until it's just right. And you can always take control of one unit, so you can tug the outcome a little.
