Upgraded CPU, MB, and memory just to play game.

Haven't had this much fun since the original Gears of War. Still needs some polish but I am looking forward to how this game develops over the years.

Side note/old review: Genuinely unplayable on lower end specs, even within the minimum requirements. Massive CPU hog. Might change review after looking into hardware upgrades.

The base game quickly feels empty. In typical Paradox fashion they make most interesting things into DLC. Just play an old Sim City game or wait to try out the sequel.

CS:GO Review
CS:GO is a game you'll love to hate if you're into competitive gaming. On one hand, the learning curve is extreme, and a lot of aspects about the game do need major work - such as a VAC and Prime mechanics. On the other hand, the number of possibilities in this game are almost unparalleled, with a glorious level of simplicity that lends itself to usage of tools given rather than just customization and knowledge of a stupid amount of possible "builds," as in other competitive games.
