started playing this years ago and couldn't work out why i stopped playing. i remembered why after a particularly annoying death and remembering how far back the save point was (overworld saving is a must before EVERY new area). After i worked out a certain combo skill i proceeded to steamroll my way through the rest of the game, spending most of my money on eithers. i kept expecting a sudden twist or the world to suddenly expand beyond the frozen wastes but then boom 'The End'

I desperately wanted to like this game more, but i cant recommend it. This feels a bit like the first 1/4 of a tales game.
