Gameplay and Stories are good, very good opening for Chinese single player triple AAA games. This game is not souls-like, the boss fights and combat system are more similar to FF16, Gods of War, and DMC5. However it do has elements from souls games like checkpoints and limit amount of heals, more similar to Seikro than the souls series. Hopefully now the successful launch can motivate those mofo companies in China to start making more wuxia and xianxia ♥♥♥♥, they got the money to make it but due to China is more of a mobile game focus market, a lot of big companies not willing to take the risk to make single-player games but more on multiplayer and micro-transaction games.

The DLCs content is so worth the $40, it has so many more bosses and maps to explore. I am not a lore guy so I will not say how good the story is. The bosses and normal NPC enemies are way harder than the base game. I died more frequently from randomly getting jumped in the corner more than falling and from bosses this time lol (they probably got the people who made Bloodbourne to make this).

For people who complaining it is hard, yes it is especially some bosses charge straight at you this time, in NG+ you will almost get 2-3 hit death from enemies. The new system scales according to how many NG+ you are in. But for those people who complaining, remember to use different builds of talisman, armors, flask of wondrous physick combinations. And remember the summons, they put that there for a reason with the new DLC leveling system (if you don't use summon because you think that counts as cheating, then you are making yourself harder fighting the bosses, unless you just that good then I respect that decision). Most importantly, learn bosses' patterns so you know what is dodgeable and which one is not. Overall, even though I wasted like 5 hrs each on 2 bosses, changing so many of my build, it was fun after beating them. Well, good luck to all the Tarnished!

Very good sci-fi game, it has almost all the elements a sci-fi game dream of in it. So far I don't think there is other alien civilization in this game, there are aliens but they are more primal aliens than the aliens you can talk to in No Man Sky. Of course Bethesda game have the map and NPC movement bugs, but it doesn't affect the story and game-play (at least for me).

One thing I think it is kind of annoying is a lot of upgrades are locked behind the skill trees (which most games do). However since this game is open world we were able to go most areas with out any level restrictions. So when you find rare to unique materials in the game from exploring, there is no way of knowing or using those materials until you unlock certain skills in the game. Making most of the time you just carry the stuffs with you (unless you want to sell it). To the hoarders like me, there are storage in the Lodge that you can store extra items since those storage has unlimited space.

There are still of room for improvement to polish the game. Supra Et Ultra!

Very good opening world game, would be at the level of Elden Ring and FFXV if they got more variety of spell and enemies. A lot of puzzles and maps for exploration. To get rewards for exploration you got to do multiple of the same thing over and over again. If you not a grinder, this might get boring at the mid to end game.

Still a good game after all these years. Fun to play with friends.
