Hello,

- // "Nonsense popups in game "press __ button", no declaration on which button to press" // -

Maybe you don't have a button assigned for this action - doublecheck the controls.

- // - When the vehicle is moving with steering wheel it is just constantly speeding up and does not let me stop //

What exactly car are you talking about here? This issue usually can happen with 3rd party modded cars. Mods are created by other users. Technical support for any third-party modifications is not provided. You install them at your own risk. Developers bear no responsibility for this.

- // Steering wheel does not work properly. //

In fact it does. Our game supports almost all steering wheels/controllers, which are compatible with Microsoft Windows and DirectX. If your wheel/controller has proper driver it should work fine. We recommend wheels/controllers with 900 degrees rotation for maximum comfortable gameplay.

If you're using a racing wheel/controller you should set up it properly.

First of all – reset all the in-game controls to default (if you tried setup it earlier).

Then quit the game and before starting the game again, please perform these steps:

1. Update your wheel/controller driver to the latest version from your controller manufacturer's website.
2. Calibrate your wheel/controller and check if it works correctly in Windows.
3. Please note that you should connect your wheel/controller to the PC and wait until the very end of its auto calibration strictly before(!) launching the simulator.
4. Go to Steam > Settings > Controller > General Controller Settings
and deactivate everything there.

After that start the game and follow the directions below:

First, check if your wheel/controller has the ready settings preset in the game controls menu. If it has one – just select your wheel/controller from the dropdown list. Everything should work automatically from this point.

If your wheel/controller does not have a ready preset select the “default” preset from the dropdown list. Then you have to assign buttons and axes in the game settings manually. To do that you should double-click with the left mouse button on every action in the list and then push the proper button or pedal on your wheel/controller to assign this button or pedal for this action.

- // Quest 2 VR headset not supported //

Please note that the game officially supports only Oculus Rift and HTC Vive VR headsets. Vive Pro and Rift S should work.

Regarding the Index, Quest, Cosmos or any WMR-compatible devices - for now we do not have these headsets by our hands, and do not have plans to supported them in near future. Sorry.

Also please take into account these advices if you use VR with City Car Driving:

- Update your VR headset software & drivers.
- Update your video card driver to the latest version.
- Make sure you connect your VR headset before(!) starting the game.
- Do not launch/use SteamVR. If SteamVR is already running – close it before launching the game. Then just run the game in a usual way and select the VR output in the in-game settings menu.
- VR activates only after the driving session start (it does not work in the main menu).
- If you feel you still need to make lower motion sickness effects you can try disabling some of the camera inertion effects as described here - https://steamoss.com/app/493490/discussions/0/3277925755433585773/
