Cand s-a rumenit se stinge cu zeama de varza si boia. Se poate stinge si cu putina apa. Se adauga in acest sos varza tocata si se lasa sa fiarba circa 30 de minute. Apoi se amesteca cu carnea si se potriveste gustul cu sare si piper.

Se pune din nou la fiert. Se serveste cu smanta deasupra.
