Great Game, in all aspects, but the Multiplayer functionality is unplayable without a dedicated, and with a dedicated if your PC isn't top tier, you may be left with bad luck as well.

DO. NOT. BUY.
SERIOUSLY. THIS IS TRASH.

First of all, you can NOT get the game to START UP AT ALL if you have more than one GPU activated in your device manager.
Then, even on very low resolution settings by SteamVR, the VR view still spatically moves around like crazy (I guess that's what the epilepsy warning is about...).

Absolutely Unplayable.

die tatsächlichen ingame änderungen sind extrem geringfügig.
Einfache Föderationen kann man auch ohne dieses DLC gründen, und die galaktische gemeinschaft ebenso;
die einzige neue funktion die ich finde sind verschiedene föderations-typen
