Purchased through amazon on 2/12. Unable to get anything from the pack as of writing this (2/14). Contacted Amazon and they directed me to Steam to resolve. Steam says to get help through community/forums. I cannot get a refund or the item. I understand their in-game store is offline but this should not affect a digital item purchased outside of that medium.
