Is quite fun and its free, sometimes its even updated.
Get some friends you can play with though and its a blast. Random servers can also be fun but my best moments were playing with friends.

Pros:
Big guns
Big boat
Not only ships, planes and tanks too
Can look great if your pc is strong again
Lots of fine tuning is possible on everything should you choose
Cons:
Very resource intensive, I would recommend a strong gpu
Can be hard to learn or pick up at first
Can be overwhelming at first

Confusing at first due to the nature of the game but is fun and provides a decent challenge with a bunch of different modes to mess around with.
