Falcom never disappoints. Can't wait for the sequel.

Secrets of Grindea is very faithful to its name. The game is all about exploring, defeating enemies, leveling up your character, finding loot and, of course, grinding. There really is quite a lot of grinding if you wish to fill up your whole in-game collection.

The pixel art style is very colorful and relaxing and nostalgic to look at. A lot of work has been put into very small details.

The skills and passives in the game are not very balanced. However, most are quite fun to use and the visuals are really nice.

The game has been in early access for over a year now. I recently came back to check out the new content after a full year, and I was very happy with it. The progress of making the game is really slow, but the developers seem to take care that the content they release is very polished.
