Honestly speaking, the first few chapters of this game are sluggishly paced to the point that I'd take naps in the middle of my gameplay, though once the "action" occurred... OH BOY- I couldn't sleep anymore, NO JOKE. The slow build-up feels mundane, yet that's what makes it realistic. Gets you a good feel of the characters you'll eventually love.

The POV of our MC Okabe may put you off because of his "chuunibyou" personality, and you may cringe about it along with the other characters in the game (haha!), but that's what makes this MC's perspective interesting. His character soon develops as the plot does. EL PSY CONGROO.

Something I should mention too is that the voice acting of the cast is spectacular, especially for our MC. Slightly biased opinion, but it's Mamoru Miyano's voice acting we're talking about here! ;)

I've played a few visual novels (in and outside steam), but S;G is the only VN that got me playing out the other routes/endings. Everyone is best girl ;-; (Spoiler: Luka's ending felt kinda off though... It just doesn't sit well with me how they just accepted Mayuri's fate for... That... Lol )

I initially scored this a 9.5 just because of the slow pacing that made me take naps in between, but after really digesting this VN, its story is truly unforgettable. I can't express it with words. Just play it. Tuturu~ 10/10
