My early impressions are that I'd recommend this game, but I'd still recommend Persona 5's gameplay more.

It's a neat experience, but I did find the first major section a bit rough due to some unfortunate moments in my playthrough. The card combat is unbalanced and borderline unfair at times, but I wouldn't say that's a reason to avoid playing the game.

To me, this has the right balance of randomness, choice and difficulty. Feels like it would be an amazing game for Steam Deck (if I could buy one!)

Makes a fun little game around streams - great for adding something interesting to quieter moments, like BRB screens and grinding in game. Would recommend if you're a streamer.

Idea of a "roguelite settlement builder" seemed bizarre to me. 50 hours later, I don't know if I could play anything else in the builder genre again.

I got a wee bit salty at times, but I thoroughly enjoyed the game in the long run. Looking forward to playing the rest of the series.

Enjoyable option whenever I have the ARPG itch.

The game keeps me entertained, which is kind of the point? I don't enjoy the PvP a lot, but the raids are really good.
