Overall, I do enjoy the game as it stands. An ARPG roguelike in 2.5D pixel aesthetics that looks gorgeous. You pick randomized perks and abilities each time you level up and there are no classes. The main gameplay loop involves exploring different biomes (of which there are 5) and completing dungeons in each one.

I got to the 2nd biome and so far, while the gameplay is good, the dungeons are samey and the exploration isn't as engaging as I'd hope, though maybe there's more to be seen in later biomes. There's also questionable QoL choices (or lack thereof) and some other mechanics that are a bit iffy, but if you like this genre or aesthetic then you'll probably still enjoy it. It's like if Vampire Survivors and Brotato both took LSD together and then did the fusion dance. Iss cool.

I've never done acid in my life but this game feels like if you played an Elder Scrolls game on acid.

Fast-paced, dungeon-crawling melee slasher with different character classes, build variety, and plenty of replayability. The devs are also responsive and update the game often. Get it. Now.

One of the best metroidvanias I've ever played. I was instantly sucked in and played this game over many a late night. Lore presentation is similar to Dark Souls + the difficulty is high but not enough to be off putting.

Only problem I had was how terrible the map system is... everything is essentially perfect, just don't know what the Devs were thinking with this.
