Coming from someone that has played most of the competitive survival players in the last years on the higher end this one seems like another grind fest, gear disparity is very high and you can die to players that clearly never haved playd a melee pvp game just because they have better gear, and more time to grind, you´re forced to play against teams of 6 on official servers.

The building system only allows for simple square houses in open areas, you can´t be smart with it and actually make a decent base, raiding is very easy.

The combat is also awful, animations that make you being stunlocked for several seconds, game rewards spamming parry which has a big reaction window and not taking the initiative to attack, you can´t 1vx in this game as it only takes one person to parry you and get you stunlocked for 5 seconds and lose 80% of your hp or die right away, it really does need some work, the skill ceilling is very low.

The game has a lot of potential nonetheless, great graphics, new mechanics and a strong base to work upon, seen games over a decade old that are still lacking mechanics that this one has. has lots of players and devs that seems to worry about making a good game, but currently it´s not worth it unless you have absolutely nothing to do and you want to sink hours on the new fotm or just experience the pve side of the game.

Recommended to keep an eye out on it.

Really good game ran by devs that wont listen to the community sadly.
