After last time, still can't believe they just didn't let steam process file downloading or at least let people preload last few days to lower server stress.

Major developer making exactly same major mistakes doesn't bode well

Avoid. I've been double charged, steam refunded my second payment but ubisoft suspended my premium.
So I'm basically paying for every day for nothing.

Ubisoft support clueless, they should just activate the subscriptions for people affected. Yet they won't do it because by mistake they might enable that for few people with failed/refunded payments.... Wow, what a great customer service!

So... Being stuck in queue sucks, but OK...
But being kicked out of queue many times and going back to the end of queue is a f-ing JOKE. Why doesn't it save your queue position for atleast few minutes so you can rejoin queue in case of malfunction?!
